Alignment/posture scan
First things first, we want to see how well you stack up. We first look in a neutral standing position and from there can move to more dynamic movements/positions that are more specific to your sport/activity. We look for common problems such as Upper-Cross & Lower-Cross Syndrome, muscle imbalances in both tone, function and strength.
Fascial Release/muscle decompression
Now that we've studied your posture, it's time to release the adhesions or "knots." Muscle memory is one of the greatest gifts our muscles can be programed to do. This is why we have athletes like Tom Brady and Steph Curry that can train their muscles to perform specific jobs at a high percentages consistently. Downside, our muscles also remember all the INACCURATE things we do on a daily basis. Using a variety of manual and instrument assisted techniques, we aim to restore and reeducate your muscles back to when they first came off the press.
Alignment
Alignment begins with assessing mobility and stability. We focus on adapting more movement into areas lacking mobility, and strengthening joints that move too much. Audible pops aren't for everyone so each adjustment is specific and can be performed at various speeds, strengths, and approaches. All our joints were designed to move, opening up different areas helps with increasing circulation of blood and nutrients so you can feel better, think clearer, and move the way you were made to.
Strengthening/rehab
The start to any great piece of architecture is a strong foundation. We focus on your goals and what you're trying to achieve. In doing so we strive to break you down so we can build you back up higher and stronger than before. Rehab doesn't have to be boring and repetitive. One-on-One training can provide and variety of challenging exercises designed for you to accomplish in your home, on your way home from work, at the gym or even in the office.
